What color line and products do you carry?
We have been a Goldwell color line exclusive salon. We believe Goldwell is the premier product in the salon industry and love their innovative and educational approach to hair color and hair care. Once you experience the look and feel of Goldwell we know you will feel the same. We carry Goldwell and Oribe products for at home care.
Can I return products?
We only carry pieces that we truly believe in. We want you to love the products you purchase. If you find that they are not working for you, we do allow returns within 30 days of purchase. If you need further instructions on how a product works or how to use it we can definitively give you some guidance to help you!
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes life happens and your schedule requires adjustments. Cancellations made under 24-hour, the same day or in the case of a no-show will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled services. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior by email or text; and we follow-up by phone if you missed confirming electronically. We won’t let you forget. Feeling ill with a cough, fever or other serious symptoms? Stay home and be well. Just give us a call the morning of the appointment and immediately reschedule and we’ll waive the cancelation fee. Our cancellation policy allows us the opportunity to notify other clients of availability and allows our stylists to maximize their time in order to provide excellent service to all our clients.
What are your Covid-19 policies?
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding while we all navigate this unprecedented time of COVID-19. At this time our salon is mask optional for both clients and team members. We continue to follow strict protocols of cleaning, disinfecting and sanitation. Thank you again for all of your support and loyalty.
